1. Technical details about our audio guides.
To make your listening easier, every mp3 audio guide and mp3 audio tour is sectioned into parts of 10-15 minutes.
Every mp3 starts with the name of the guide or the tour chosen.
Other mp3 details:
- Tag ID3v1.1 e ID3v2.X
- Bitrate: 128Kbps
- Mode: mono/stereo
- Band: 32KHz

2. Download Details.
Download is immediately available after payment and will remain available for 30 days after payment.

3. Audio guides quality.
The reading is carried out by an interpreter, that guarantee a high professional pronunciation.
Before placing an order, it's possible to either listen to a demo or access to the demo page on our website.

4. Right of Recess.
According to the article 5 of Italian Law 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, the customer can't exercise the recess right for personalized audio products.

5. Place of Jurisdiction.
The Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Rome High Court (Italy), without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

6. Remarks.
We have had to insert these small indications as a result of and disagreeable disadvantages taken place with some customers. However we think that with collaborations between the part, whichever problem can find a reasonable solution.
